The management of De Waterkant House is committed to providing quality services and facilities to all our guests. We value all guest feedback and use our guests comments to enhance and improve our facilities and service levels. We are constantly monitoring independant online review and social media platforms and would like to address some of the more common concerns and questions relating to past guest experiences.

Guest comment : The off-street parking is limited.
Recommendation :A parking bay can be arranged at an additional cost.

Guest comment: The area can be noisy at night.
Recommendation : De Waterkant is unique in its variety of entertainment and eccentricity.  We recommend De Waterkant Village for clients who truly want to experience the excitement and enchantment of Cape Town life, some rooms might experience social noise and we recommend confirming the location of your room should you require a quieter stay.

Guest commentThe internet is not as fast as it is back home, in Europe.
Recommendation : The internet speed is adequate for downloading e-mails, internet banking and social networking (Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, blogging, etc.) Slow internet speeds may occur when downloading multi-media files or using Skype. We strive to provide our guests with a quality service, however by international standard, the internet in South Africa is unfortunately not as fast.
